The process took about 1 week. I applied online and received a call 3 days later. I was asked to do an interview the following day. The interview took about 10 minutes. The majority of the time was just the manager talking about the duties and requirements of the position in which you will first be assigned. You are either assigned as an usher, concessionist, or box office cashier, but you can also be trained to do all three. I was then asked a couple of questions. I was pretty nervous because this was my first job, but the manager was considerate enough to take that into account and allowed me to take time answering the questions. I was then contacted 2 days later to hear that I got the job. Overall, it was a positive experience!
