I had applied online and a few weeks later got a phone call asking for an interview time. Went in for the interview and was told afterwards that I had a good interview and was given references. I sent in the references the next day but wasn't contact again for a week and a few days. Recieved another call to meet with the General Manager. Went in the same day, basically asked a few of the same questions. We had talked about what the GM had required and needed from the staff. Then was hired.
