They take forever to get back to you, and then one day out of the blue they will call you up and tell you to come in for an interview. The interview is very easy and consists of simple, standard questions. If they are interested in you, then they will give you a sheet for your references to fill out - this is a test. The faster you get that sheet filled out and back to them, the more likely you are to get a job, so if you can, schedule your interview earlier in the day, so you can go to your references immediately afterwards and then turn it in to them later that day. Tip: get the sheet back to them within 24 hours

pretty smooth, they ask you basic questions on how i would do things in a fast-paced environment and how it makes me feel when helping a customer and how i would give them good service
It was a good interview process and I appreciated the managers approach to the interview. I enjoyed the tour of the facilities. I enjoyed working there, and liked the people that I worked with. Everyone was really nice.

Scheduled the interview over the phone for a couple days out. Came in, got taken to the back for about 15 minutes, and told they'd call mr back in the next couple days.
