Heard about Regency through my school's career services. Decided to apply and sent my resume and cover letter to HR. HR contacted me a few days later to set up a phone interview where my resume was reviewed and basic questions about my interests were asked. After the initial screening, I was to complete Outlook and Excel assessments which took about 30 minutes each as well as a couple background checks. A second interview was set up after I sent everything in and a third interview about a week and a half later.
Overall, the interview process was not difficult. Throughout the process, I felt as though HR was not on top of things. My last two interviews were rescheduled with very short notice and I was not contacted about the final decision as I was told. I also sent a follow-up email regarding the decision and got a response back to talk but there was no follow through. I ended up moving on from the position because the overall process took way too long.

Each one of the assessments took about 30 minutes each to take. A second interview was set up for the following week and a third a little over a week later. Both the second and third interviews had two department managers present and HR.

I decided to move on from this position because the process took way too long.
