HR first calls you to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. The phone interview is relatively short (30 minutes).The next steps are to bring you in for a half day interview with a panel, HM, HR, and other respective team members you will be potentially working with. This will take up to a few hours with back to back interviews.

screening phonecall which was very relaxed asking about 5 year plan, how I heard about the job, salary expectations, previous experience. 2 weeks later was emailed about Skype interview (due to covid) very relaxed again, technical interviewer, QM and HR. asked behavioural questions and wanted to see if I knew what the job entailed amd how I could be an asset. another 2 weeks later was emailed about medical amd pre employment screening and another 2 weeks to contract.
