Got a call from a hiring agency that found my resume online. After a week had a interview at Regeneron. The interview was 2 hrs long and consisted of meeting the director of microbiology, lab supervisor and HR manager separately at 30 minutes each. The questions were straightforward questions on past work experience, lab skills and some character questions. Got a offer the same week.

3 Rounds of Interviews. 1st is a call with the recruiter who asks about your resume, expected salary, etc. You then get a call from the hiring manager about a week later. If that goes well you'll receive an invite to a Microsoft Teams interview the next week. This is the interview that counts as you will meet every lead/manager from the dept. After that you can expect a decision within 2 weeks.
