Very lengthy. All the interviewer had same question. They were just interested in knowing why I wanted to leave my current employer (Which is one of the biggest pharma company) and join them. It was really sad to see how dumb there employees were. The kind of questions they were asking revealed that they have no understanding of the work they were doing. Most of the interviewers were fresh PhD’s. Just because I did not have a PhD, the company wanted me to join at lower position and do the work assigned by these fresh PhD graduates who would then take credit of my work and use me as a stepping stone for success. This interview process revealed how flawed the hiring process in our industry is. People are rewarded higher pisition and high pay just for having a degree. Relevent experience and knowledge does not matter.
