Between 3 weeks from application to initial HR phone call. Then a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. About a month later, had the video/ phone interviews with the panel which included relevant internal stakeholders and direct coworkers. Everyone was friendly and asked interesting questions. Got the phone offer 3 days later.

what skillset do you think would distinguish you from other candidates?
Had 10 interviews during Covid. HR was helpful but it took about 2-3 months. I had to meet with multiple people from various team and do a presentation which took quite a bit of my time

Very unprofessional interview. The person who interviewed me didn't even introduce himself or the company or the job. Just ask a couple of small questions and then in 10 min it is done. I feel this is more like a green card application for someone already in the job and they don't actually need the actual person whoever for the interview. Please don't waste other people's time.

Screening with HR and then interview with hiring manager. All virtual and on camera. No weird or unexpected questions, we actually had a really nice conversation but I never heard another word from them. Would have been nice to have received a “no thanks” at least!
