Regeneron was very quick in scheduling interviews and providing feedback for the next level of interviews. There was a lot of communication which allowed me to feel like a partner in the process. They were very professional and seemed like their organization is very efficient with the entire interview process. I didn't accept the job because I felt that the relocation process to upstate New York would not be a good fit for my family. The company and the role are very attractive. The campus I visited was beautiful and in a great location. The compensation was good. Benefits are good also.
