15 minute phone interview, very straightforward HR was friendly and enthusiastic. There were multiple mix-ups in scheduling the initial phone calls but positive overall. Within 2-3 days, I was contacted by HR about scheduling a 30 minute virtual interview via Microsoft Teams. This was scheduled as "meeting the team/management" interview. Essentially, management for the job I applied for also brought management from a different section of the company. This led to alot of confusion as to what the exact position I applied for entailed. It seemed like a way to draw me away from the position I was interviewing for a different CMC technical writing position.
