Screening with Talent Acquisition, then onto another screening with one of the hiring managers and then panel interview. It was a frustrating process where expectations and timelines seemed to change with each update. I was told that they are not moving forward with my application due to missing a specific skill set. Then why move onto the panel interview if I missed this basic skill set. A long and frustrating process!
