1) Applied online through University website 2) Went through 30 minute phone screen 3) Had a phone interview with engineer from the hiring department Overall, the process was organized and professional. The recruiters usually responded when they said they would. Had I made it past the phone interview, the final round would have been on-site. Unfortunately, I wasn't really given any contact information for a recruiter to follow-up with the company.

After an initial HR Screening there was a one-on-one video call with the hiring manager. After that, there were panel interviews with 8 people, each a half hour. I have interviewed for two positions and made it to this stage - whether or not the panel interviews are onsite or virtual is dependent on the hiring manager's preferences and timing. Panels include the hiring manager, senior leadership in the open position's hierarchy and people that would work closely with the candidate.
