Submitted my application through their job portal. I was asked to finish as assessment and then 3 days later a Phone interview was scheduled for 30 min. Forwarded to in-person interview.

There is an assessment that take 1 hour to do. If you mess it up, you fail. Then, you have to wait 90 days to reapply. What happened to personable interviews? This is nothing more than an unnecessary barrier to entry.
