The online application and assessment was easy. I was called within a few days by someone at the branch I was applying for. I was with a customer at my current job so I was unable to immediately answer. I attempted to reach him again a total of 5 times over the course of 1 week. I left messages for him 3 of the 5 times I called. I was incredibly disappointed in the lack of follow through. If he couldn’t be bothered to return my phone calls as a potential employee, I’d be concerned about the level of respect and courtesy that would be shown to be as an actual employee.

Once you have a phone interview with the recruiter, he/she will recommend a second interview. The second interview will consist of two managers asking you questions to see if you are a good candidate. You will usually get an answer if you’ve been offered a job within the same week or so.
