I interviewed twice for this position. My first interview involved the human resource department. My second interview involved the branch manager, and the consumer sales manager. The questions of the interview involved my experience in sales. Honestly, they are looking for individuals who can spot a sales opportunity. It doesn't matter how you sell. The question is "can you sell?" Also, they are looking for individuals who possess a potential to learn quickly, grow, and advance in the company.

Interview process was seamless. The recruiter and hiring manager were both incredibly pleasant. Was asked your standard finance business interview questions. Was offered the job on the spot. Declined the job a day later after receiving a qualified offer from other employer.

Interview was conducted over Zoom, I was interview by the branch manager and the regional manager. They asked questions about my work and sales experience, as well as my personality. I received the offer later the same day.
