The interviewer(s) were very nice and professional and most of the interview seemed more like a genuine conversation than an interview. They wanted to know about you and cared about more than what was just on your resume.

First you submit online application and they then either let you know they are not moving forward with you in the process, or they invite you to some information sessions. After the information session we had a networking event at a restaurant on my college campus. The next day was the interviews and they were very conversational.
