Phone screen, followed by phone interview with HR rep, then a couple rounds of video calls with manager(s). The calls were primarily "chat" with no analytical or "trick" questions. Everyone on the calls seemed reasonable and easy going.

Personality and fit questions only, thought it was extremely easy until I wasn't extended an offer. Guy seemed like a nice man. Really frustrating as they never got back to me.
