Filled out application in person while shadowing a current employee. Once I completed the application and turned it in, I was asked to be interviewed immediately. At the conclusion of the interview, I was told they wanted to bring me on.

over the phone , asked if comfortable with commission only, asked if comfortable with one stop sales process. Asked if I have a car, computer, laptop, smart phone. Asked if I am comfortable making lots of calls on the phone to get appointments.
