I applied online and received a call later that same morning . The person who called explained the role as working closely with the Operating Manager to learn the business and was just very vague. I never got a clear understanding for the role. She then invited me in for a face-to-face interview. I did my research on the company because the conversation just seemed weird. The explanation for the work didn't add up. So, with a quick glassdoor search I was able to find out this is a door-to-door sales jobs and workers are paid solely on commission I e-mailed the person that I spoke with earlier to verify it was door to door sales and she said yes so I told her I was no longer interested in the opportunity. Also, she kept writing "sells" when she meant "sales" . Super unprofessional.

They called me and had a quick phone interview, which was easy to get though that quick screening sweet lady talked to me and just tried to get a feeling for my personality. I was then sent up for an in person interview the very next day, I attented and sat for a couple minutes before meeting with the manager Luke, A cool dude who loves his job . Job turned out to be door-to-door sales. You are setting people with appointments for the company you represent in this case "Power home remodeling" and you get paid for every presentation that the company does via referral of you. I was told the job would require long hours of 55hours a week which isn't bad but it is commission only pay and the manager told me they make around 800 a week. Overall a good experience interviewing. They do a quick phone screening, then an in person meet and greet and a final interview which I will not be attending before a job is offered.
