Submitted application/resume. Was contacted pretty quickly for interview. After interview (I met with 1 person) I was contacted within a week and was offered the position. I started as soon as my background check was complete.

Cons
The company promised to follow up after the interview, but no communication was received.
Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, and my phone number appears to have been blocked.
Lack of follow-up leaves a negative impression despite a positive interview experience.
Overall
The interview process itself was fine, but the absence of proper follow-up makes it hard to recommend this company as an employer.
