It was a panel interview with the senior program assistant and two program directors. They all took turns asking questions and wrote down responses on a piece of paper. When the interview was over i thanked them for their time and finished up and left 3 days later i was offered the position

Recruiter called within a week of when I applied. Set up an interview with the Program Director which took 45 minutes.She took me on a tour of the facility. Read through my resume asked about my responsibilities of my previous jobs. Very typical interview questions, "how to you handle stressful situations? how do you rate your ability to multi-task?" Fairly informal.

The lady who was filling in temporarily for the position interviewed me rather than the program director, and I almost didn't take the job because of her personality....the program director made a brief appearance and leaned against the wall while tossing a football, I immediately liked him; very laid back. All in all I thought the interview went bad and I wouldn't get job due to the obvious disinterest of the interviewer, so I was very surprised when I got an offer!
