Spoke briefly with the shop supervisor/foreman (who knew NOTHING about welding/fabrication) and was then given a mediocre welding test. I was then hired after submitting a drug test. I was not informed of the benefits package, upon being hired, and was given an employee handbook that needed to be returned upon my resignation, or I would've been charged $60 for keeping it.
