Then you move on to your direct report, which will probably run an hour going over your background and technical skills. Lastly, you will meet with the head of the department and they will go over the building.

I applied on linkedin, then a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone call. I had a very nice 20 minute call and then was invited to come down and interview in person. I met with someone for half an hour
