A first stage 30 min chat, second longer stage technical + panel interview, online. The technical questions were very theoretical (computer science-oriented), somewhat in deviation from the job spec/first stage chat, in my opinion. The panel were all Cambridge/Oxford-educated and clearly very clever; I was somewhat out of my depth. The only, lamentable negative was that I asked for feedback, but received no reply.

Initial interview is normally via telephone with the HR team, usually general questions and to access how best you can fit with the team. If successful and depending with the role, the second interview is with the hiring manager and finally with the senior management usually face to face.
