I spoke with my potential manager and an HR rep before giving a 30 minute presentation to the manager, HR rep, and other peers. The presentation was followed by about 2 hours of questions in 30-minute increments. I found the process intense, but fair.

1 HR screen + 2 phone call interview + onsite presentation and 1v1 interviews + lunch and tour. The entire process was pretty smooth and HR is very responsive. ....
A lot of technical questions that focused of the fundamentals. Fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics and structural mechanics were some of the topics that were focused on and then there was the resume part of describing your experience.
First there was a phone screen then there were 2 technical phone interviews then it was followed by an onsite interview. there were a lot of technical questions during the process.
