The standard for Relativity seems to be to put you through as many rounds as possible, meeting almost everybody that you might have contact with. Phone screen, technical interview, another technical interview, a several-hour panel interview, interviews with several members after the panel interview, then interview with a senior leader. If the people in this company can't tell if they want to hire somebody after a even half this many rounds, then maybe they should reevaluate their recruiting process. Ridiculous.
