I was called by Kassie, asked about 3 questions and then invited for an interview. When I got there, it was in a small dilapidated building. When I was eventually led back they began asking about my background and where I wanted to be in 2-3 years. Eventually the "Executive Manager" started explaining the position which was nothing close to what the job description had in their posting. Essentially they want you to start working for peanuts or commission. You essentially become a product pusher at a big box store. A proper title for this would be Product Rep. They say that you will take over your own office within a year but thats only if you are willing to kill yourself for small money. Personally, I would be okay working for them if they were honest upfront!

It was pretty easy, the interviews were running behind, so that was a little frustrating. As other people have said, the position isn't what it's described as, it's a sales job in a big box store with the ability to move up. They were very nice, just not what the job description was for.
