They always have some roles open for months. I have participated in their interviews three times. It's always a phone screening and written assessment, and I fail. The assessment takes a long time, about 2 hours (not 100% sure but it is long). Sometimes I question if they are really hiring and what kind of candidate they are looking for. It couldn't have taken months to fill that position. The hiring managers are nice. I enjoyed talking with them.
