Phenomenal! Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and helpful and was willing to answer any questions I had. The candidate experience was great from being onsite and told where to park really made things less stressful and created a wonderful experience. Shout out to my recruiter Martyna as she made everything really easy and simple!

Why do you want want to work at RQ? And why specifically in a CSM role?
Four rounds: phone screening, video interview, on-site, and presentation. The on-site interview felt unorganized and the two employees chatting with me shared that it was thrown on their schedule last minute. I felt that they were judging me more than interviewing me.
did not seem serious about looking to hire HR rep just needed to fill time, missed our initial call and didnt get back to me until two weeks later saying they are not moving forward with no specific reason

The interview was very surface level. The recruiter asked basic interview questions but seemed to be going through the motions. When asked specific questions about the role she didn’t seem to know enough about it to answer it clearly.
