Recruiter reached out, scheduled an initial phone screen, followed by a behavioral interview with the same recruiter. Clear follow up steps of when I would hear back were provided at the end of each time, and then I would hear back 3-7 days after that each time. Was then told they had promising candidates further along in the process and would not be moving forward. The fact that they continue to repost the job ad 2+ months later makes it clear that was a lie. Feels like the recruiters are just trying to meet some quotas and wasting a lot of people's time in the process.
