Received a completely remote interview process from start to finish and took the job as a remote employee. It was a quick turnaround to an offer. Had a quick fact-check phone interview with Human Resources, then scheduled and attended a virtual interview with two peer team members, the manager and the department director.

Colloquio
There was two rounds of interviews. The first was by 3 managers. The second was by 5 team member. The first interview went well but the second interview was very chaotic and a repeat of the same questions that were asked during the first interview. I have a lot of experience in the industry that is relevant to the job I was interviewing for but the second team did not seem focussed on discussing experience relevant to the position. Instead, they asked why I left previous jobs and forcefully argued my answer. The interviewers were in compition on who asks the next question and who disputes my answer. In some cases, they put words in my mouth and I I felt that the purpose of the interview was to antagonize and belittle me. It is unclear why they felt the need to do so when all they had to do is not hire me. I was hired less than a month later by a similar entity and for a similar position/ level.
