Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto più di 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Reliance Steel (Cypress, CA) nel mese di lug 2017
Colloquio
Phone interview: was easy going discussed basic overview of past experience and learned a little about the company. was with the help desk manager.
In-person Interview: this was still easy going but slightly overwhelming if unexpected. In addition to sitting down with the help desk manager 5 other members of the help desk team were present.
each got a turn to ask questions pertaining to their various specialty. there were several role play scenarios as well. They were the most excited for the roll play scenarios this is most likely were I went wrong
after meeting with help desk team. I proceeded to meet with field Tech Team. this was still same interview. They were much more easy going and most questions revolved around personal life and hobbies
unfortunately I did not get an offer past that stage.
they felt as if I was disinterested which wasn't the case. They are determining how well you got in with the culture not just your skills so keep that in mind.

Roll Play:
An employee with a duel monitor display calls in and states that his monitors only show a black screen.
I'm word 2010 there is a feature called styles.
it allows a user to change the layout in the middle of a document. How can you revert a style once applied. this is not the same styling as format.
ROLL Play: Printers are installed using a utility so that as long as they are on same network they can be printed to. No server are required.
A user reports that he is unable to print. There is no technical staff on-site please walk user through issue.
