I had a scheduled interview time with the hiring manager. However, they did not show up to the scheduled time and I was left waiting for 30 minutes with no indication of what was going on, Thankfully, we re-scheduled. However, 1 hour before the interview time, we had to re-schedule again. The 3rd time was close to a holiday weekend. I ended up interviewing while traveling. I felt my time was not respected and the communication was extremely poor. Being a no show to an interview is very unprofessional.
