I was contacted for a DOR position in Denver, CO area. The recruiter's communication skills were extremely poor and non-consistent. Had a long interview with the regional who seemed very knowledgeable and forthcoming. Did not hear back until a week later from the same incompetent recruiter if I would consider the same position at another facility and would go through an interview with a different regional for that facility. 2 days later, I was informed that both positions were filled. So, why waste everyone's time if you already had "internal employees" interested in those positions? Extremely frustrated and disappointed, to say the least.
