I talked with the Design Director about the role, company, and my background. I scheduled a formal interview with three people the next week (Innovation Lead, Service Designer, and Managing Director). I was told there would be another interview to talk to some Leads and I wouldn't hear back for a few days because HR was out of town. I followed up with HR after a few days to do a progress check. However, I never heard back after following up three times and finally received an email stating they moved on with another candidate. Better communication and transparency would be appreciated.

I had a brief call with the Operations Manager which I believed went well. She informed me that I might not hear back for a few weeks. I reached back out to her via email after that time had passed to check in. I did not received a reply. After a few more weeks when by I emailed her again request that she tell me if I was still under consideration as a candidate or if the team had moved forward in the decision-making process with other candidates. Again, I received no reply. Overall, I just wish basic and courteous communication was better.
