I participated in Reload's Digital initial interview stage, and I must express my disappointment with the experience. The interviewer appeared disinterested and frequently engaged in activities like checking emails or chat messages, which are not only plain rude but also show the lack of consideration for a candidates' time. This was particularly frustrating, considering as candidates, we often need to take time off work to attend interviews and invest significant effort in preparing. Additionally, there were clear indications of conscious bias or prejudice during the interview, which further marred the experience. The general impression I'm left with after interacting with the company through the interview process is that this is not a company that prioritizes equity, diversity, and inclusion. In fact, it seems to lean toward the opposite direction, which is regrettable.
