Really bad. You would have thought I was going for a CEO role, not a poorly paid mid level role.
Multi stage interview process, with the final stage being a 2.5 hour intense session with the CEO and manager. I had to prepare !!2!! Case studies in advance, and complete a series of questions in 30 mins then present back.
I was not offered a job with the main reasons being I didn’t have a relevant enough background or agency experience and my salary expectations were too high (which should have been identified in a much earlier stage before wasting everyone’s time.
An unnecessarily lengthy in person interview (approx. 2.5 hours) where multiple employees switched in and out of the room. Had to prepare two tasks ahead of time, then complete a further 5 tasks / questions at the interview itself. For a position that didn't pay very well, the interview experience and attitude of the interviewers did not give a very good impression of the agency and I withdrew from the application process immediately after the interview.
