I had one interview on the phone, which was mainly behavioral.
One month later, 3 interviews were scheduled.
One technical interview by phone then the same week two interviews on site.
Face to face, the head of the section conducted a business oriented interview, talking about where the company stands and what it is leaning towards in the future.
This was followed by a classic technical interview on paper.
