Phone interview was done as Doctor was driving. Was distracted as he was talking to me. In person interview seemed rushed. When asked questions but wasn’t able to throughly answer because I kept getting cut off by Doctor and he almost answered them on my behalf. Job shadow was not well planned. Person I was shadowing shared a lot of negative things about the practice as to almost dissuade me from the position.
