Application Process: I applied for the position online and went through several interview stages: the first with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with the CEO, and finally, a last interview. Interview Experience: Unfortunately, my experience during the interview process was quite disappointing. The interviews themselves were poorly organised, with little communication between stages and a lack of clarity around next steps. After the final interview, I received no follow-up or feedback, which added to the overall sense of disorganisation. The interview with the CEO, in particular, was a low point due to their dismissive and unprofessional attitude. This created a negative atmosphere that left me questioning the company's culture and leadership. Additionally, there were moments during the process where it seemed like they were more interested in extracting information about competitors than genuinely considering my candidacy. This raised concerns about their intentions and approach to recruitment.
