The interview process was great. The process consisted of a phone screen, interview with hiring manager, and a loop of interviews to round out the process. Take it from someone that previously worked at a company that didn’t invest in hiring, it’s worth the time to find out if you are a fit.

Amazon style multiple loop interviews after clearing recruiter's screening and hiring manager's interview. The hiring team and interviewers are professional and welcoming. What was a total deal-breaker for me are the mistakes made by the recruitment team again and again. From calendar invites, time zone coordination, documentation keeping, information retaining and process management, they are highly disorganised and poor. This is a red flag for potential candidates that are keen to join.

First, I interviewed with the recruiter, followed by a one-hour conversation with the hiring manager. If successful, I would have moved to the panel round. The interviewer appeared engaged and interested throughout the discussion.
