Screen interview with recruiter. Want to learn why Remitly, and superficial alignment with company values. The Zoom interviews with 4-5 members of the broad Remitly team. In addition to 1 or 2 PM interviews, includes cross functional team members, from Engineering, Design and Data or Marketing. Emphasis on behavioral questions (tell me about a time you ...). This is how Remitly gauges people's alignment with company values. For Product Management the most important values are: - Customer Centricity (they ask for examples when as PM the candidate had to learn first hand about customer pain points, or demonstrate scenarios where the PM puts the customer first); - Constructively Direct (examples of situations where candidate disagreed or took an unpopular stance) - Aim for the Stars (examples of work that has pushed the boundaries) There are also one or two small case studies. Nothing too complex. Examples from the YouTube Channel Exponent cover 80% + of what you'd get asked Finally, you'll have an opportunity to ask questions after each interview. Make sure you present thoughtful questions that reveal your understanding of the business, the customers, the organization and the values you'd like to see where you work

Multiple repetitive rounds held consecutively with stakeholders with variating biases or conflicts with the prospective team. Each round lasts over an hour and burns you out after few rounds. You are also not aware of the decision making/influencing power each stakeholder has. Feedback from HR after decision is lacking any clarity.
Questions are generic with HR, for example, questions like Why do you want to work at Remitly? What is your notice period? What is you salary expectation, etc? You can ask questions in the end as well.
