One thing that caught me off guard: the position is a contractor role, not a full-time employment contract. For a company whose entire product is built around helping businesses hire people compliantly across borders, offering contractor agreements to their own team feels a bit contradictory. Overall a positive experience with the interviewer, but worth knowing upfront before you apply.
