I completed a telephone interview but was unable to go any further as the assessment centre day clashed with my exams.
Rushed process which doesn’t take personal circumstances into consideration.

Similar to most industrial placements - CV and Cover Letter required, then psychometric testing, telephone interview covering information included on my CV and past experience and a few competencies. Next stage in the assessment day where you will be required to do a presentation about a specific topic.
