- First Step: after they receiving your resume and if they are interested by your profile, you are invited to pass a video interview (15 min). You briefly answer 10 questions while your camera records you.
- Last step: If your interview convinced them, you are invited to a recruitment day to do several face-to-face interviews.
No response from recruiters after the Video Interview which is very frustrated and not respectful for the motivated applicant. What's more, there is literally no contact to obtain a response from the recruitment team and the application is not even updated in the candidates section of the website. That's a shame to ghost applicants, espacially when it comes from a great company with values.
