They had 4 rounds of interview. First was screening by the recruiter, then I met the COO. It was followed by interview with two product leads and finally the CEO. The COO and the product leads were really friendly and the interviews went well. To my surprise, after giving 3 rounds of interviews, the CEO wasn't aware about me. And the first question which I got was "What is this meeting about & who are you ?". He wasn't prepared to conduct the interview & it was an unstructured conversation.
