Went through a staffing agency which required me to take a test before I could be selected for the interview. Passed the test and set up a day to meet with the hiring manager and two other managers at the facility. When I got there he informed me that it would be a very laid back interview and what to expect.

Only asked me to tell them about myself. It is very important that you go into detail about your work experience and what you can bring to the table. I was expecting them to ask me more detailed questions about my work history but they did not ask me anything else. So get it all in with the first answer.
