Received a screening call after applying. I answered all of their questions and the person I was talking to seemed really enthusiastic about my experience. They said they'd move my information on to the next round and call me back to set up a formal interview. It's been about a month and I haven't heard back either way.

Waste of time. Was asked to drive to Austin to meet CEO after initial interview in person (in Dallas). First interview with "hiring manager" was great. Second interview (which required 8 hours of total drive time in one day) was a joke.
