Quite a straightforward sales interview. Took a DISC personality test beforehand. Asked some situational questions. Wanted to know about past sales experience. They also asked what sort of personal develop and books I was reading.

I spoke with a recruiter who was very nice and was told my information was going to be given to a hiring manager. I was denied even though I had an impressive sales back round with 10 plus years in customer service. It is disappointing when you are qualified for a job, get rejected and then see the same job post go up a few days later. Do they not want qualified people?
