Called to set up interview came in filled out the application had my interview as I went back I offer my resume had the interview asked two questions.
1. Whats the daily work schedule consist of?
2. What is advancement like within the company? Do you hire inside or outside of the company?
After a day I got the call to come in and fill out employment paperwork and started the following week.

Pretty easy. They'll bring you in as a canvasser unless you say really offensive things. The job sucks though, that's why it was such an easy interview. They have a lot of buzzwords on their requirements like "interested in marketing, psychology, leadership, story-teller etc." but really they just want door-to-door sales, and they'll pretty much take everyone because people quit on a weekly basis.

One of the best interviews is have ever experienced. Informative and relaxed. Very honest and professional. Everything they offered was more then I expected and 100% true. I was offered a better position that day and more$. 1 month later We were all given a $1 raise.
